Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Mumbai facility within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification with tracking details as soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner.

Note: "Working days" refer to Monday through Saturday and exclude Sundays and national public holidays. Delivery to remote regions may occasionally require an extra day or two due to regional transit constraints.

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking number and a link to trace your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier portal.

Delivery & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, city, pin code, and contact number are completely accurate at checkout. westify.shop is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, misrouted, or lost due to incorrect details provided during the order placement.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, we reserve the right to charge a standard re-shipping fee to send the package out a second time.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at westify.shop@support.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging so we can immediately arrange a replacement.
